St. Michael the Archangel School is a regional Catholic school located in Lehigh County within the Diocese of Allentown, Pennsylvania.  Our elementary campus, grades Pre-K through  Fourth, is located on the property of St. Joseph Church, 5040 St. Joseph Road in Coopersburg.  Our middle school campus, grades Fifth through Eighth, is located on the property of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 4121 Old Bethlehem Pike in Bethlehem.  Although most of our students come from these two parishes, all students, regardless of their religious beliefs, are welcome to join our family.

Each campus houses a computer lab, library, gymnasium with a stage, and a cafeteria with a hot lunch program.  The middle school campus also houses a science laboratory and an art studio.

The academic needs of our students are met by a caring, nurturing, knowledgeable compliment of full-time and part-time teachers.  Teacher's aides are also incorporated into the elementary school classes.

The 2020 Night of Knights will be held June, 5, 6 & 7 as a VIRTUAL event! Participants will have the ability to buy basket raffle & tuition raffle tickets,  purchase a bottle from the "Wine Pull", bid on over 100 silent auction items, and/or make an outright donation to our cause!

Bidding will be LIVE starting on Friday, June 5 at 8am EST, and will close on Sunday, June 7 at 8pm EST.
How does the silent auction work?
We will be using mobile bidding throughout the weekend of the virtual event for our auction. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world!

How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through the auction page. Just hit the 'Register Now' button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number, e-mail. Credit Card information is required to bid.  The site is secure and no one will see your credit card numbers.  Please invite friends and family to participate as well!

Please share this link:

Once you register, you will get your own personal link and you should only use that personal link from your own phone.

How do I start and continue my bidding?

Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and Givesmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid.
Please note that each item has been described as accurately as possible; however, all items are sold without warranty or authenticity, unless otherwise noted.

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been out bid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.

How will I collect my winnings?
Auction winners are required to make payment at the conclusion of the event. Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocate the fees to St. Mike's. Winners will receive a text at the conclusion of the auction letting them know the item they won and they will be prompted to pay for their item/s. Item winners will have until 10am on Monday, June 9th to pay for their items. If payment is not received by this time, credit cards will be automatically charged.

All bids are firm contracts and all transactions are considered final, with item winner responsible for payment.

All tangible auction items are currently being stored at the Middle School Campus and we will have the following scheduled pick-up days at the St. Michael's Middle School Campus:

Thursday, June 11, 9 am-2 pm
Friday, June 12, 9 am-2 pm

Some items are certificates that can be emailed to the winner with detailed info/contact info about the item. Each item box states if it needs to be picked up or if a certificate will be emailed.

If these times do not fit with your schedule, please contact Marianne Gano at

Other Questions:

Can I invite friends or family to participate as well?
Yes! They just need to register on the virtual auction website. You can also share the virtual auction platform through social media when you sign up. There are various social media icons on the virtual auction website's homepage.

Once you register, you will get your own personal link and you should only use that link from your own phone. If you are sharing with friends and family, be sure to use this link:

The St. Michael's Facebook page also has the event listed. Please join the FB virtual auction event and share the event information with your friends and family!

If a couple is bidding, do they each need to register on their own phone?

They can either bid on one person's phone or each individual person can register. To bid on one person's link, the registered person can forward their text to their spouse. If you register this way, please be aware that only the cell number that is registered will receive texts/outbid texts.

How do I find items on the website?
There are boxes to click on the website that give detailed info on a particular item. We strongly encourage people to preview the items and to familiarize themselves with the website.

How do I find sponsors on the website?

·        All of our generous sponsors will be listed on the auction website homepage on a running slide show.

·        Our "Top Gun", "Field of Dreams", and "Breakfast Club" Sponsors are also listed on the bottom of the homepage.
