Newsletter & Bulletin Submissions

Please note: This information applies to information from parish & community groups only. Advertisements should be paid for using the form provided, and submitted by the specified dates.

Printed bulletins are available in the vestibule of the church  for those not receiving the Weekly Newsletter and Sunday Update online. We encourage all parishioners to sign up or continue to read the Weekly Newsletters, as not all of our parish & community updates will be included in the printed Sunday bulletins due to space constraints.

*Occasionally, the newsletter and/or bulletin are submitted early due to holidays, and this may affect when your message will appear in the newsletter and/or bulletin. Submission deadlines can be found below.

Due to space limitations, we cannot guarantee that all submitted requests will be granted.

To request a message to be displayed in the newsletter:

  • Submit a copy no later than 10:00 A.M. Monday, at least one week prior to the start date of your message*.
    • If submitted by this time and approved by Fr. Buckley, it will appear in the next Wednesday newsletter. Not all messages are included in the Sunday updates.
  • Write as you would like it to appear in the newsletter:
    • Include specifics (date, time, location, contact info).
    • Rectory will not compose a message for you; submission is placed verbatim. However, if there is a space contraint, messages may be edited for length.
  • Include the dates you would like your message to appear, including the start & end dates.
