PLEASE NOTE THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN OUR
ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL PROCEDURES!
Parents are no longer permitted to wait in the hallways during classes. The cafeteria will be open to all parents while the students are in class. The Parish Council & other Parish groups have graciously offered to provide refreshments to the parents while they wait for their students to finish class (refreshments are not intended for the PREP students).
Any parent who wishes to remain in the PREP classroom to volunteer or observe must have all of the legally mandated Pennsylvania State Clearances & Diocese of Allentown requirements. Please see
the Volunteers page for more information.
All students should be brought to the gym by their parent upon arrival.
Students are to sit in their class lines according to their grade.
Teachers will meet their students in the gym, and they will proceed to the classroom together.
Latecomers will be brought to the classrooms as they arrive. We respectfully ask that all students be on time - 10:30 AM!
We will dismiss two grades at a time – starting with Grade 1 and 2, who will be dismissed about 5 minutes early.
The teacher or aide will accompany the children to the lobby exit where the parents should be waiting.
PLEASE NOTE No child in the lower grades (Grades 1-3) will be allowed to exit the building unattended.
If a child is to be dismissed with someone other than their parent, a note must be given to the teacher.
If a child is to be dismissed early for some reason, they must have a note from the parent and the PREP office MUST be notified of the early dismissal.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION IN
KEEPING OUR STUDENTS SAFE!
We have been experiencing issues with the Rectory phone line and fax since Monday, June 18th, due to a service outage in the area. To contact the Rectory, please use email communication until further notice.
